Our instructors teach all styles of piano: classical, jazz, broadway, contemporary, church/ gospel, and pop! At the Harrison School of Music, our piano teachers take an individual approach to each student, tailoring each lesson to the student’s wants while working in music theory, sight reading, composition, correct technique and more!
Piano students do not need a piano at home to get started with lessons. A full size keyboard is all that is needed to get started. Lessons are available 7 days a week:
Monday-Friday from 11:00am – 8:30pm
Saturdays from 9:00am – 4:00pm
Sundays from 1:00pm – 6:00pm

Our teachers understand that every student comes to us with personal musical needs and goals. We make it a priority to tailor each lesson to your individual needs.
When you enroll here for piano lessons, your teacher will ask you about your favorite type of music, and set goals to help accomplish whatever musical aspirations you have for yourself or your child. Together, you will develop a plan to achieve your goals! We love beginners, so even if you don’t know where to begin, we can help!

We teach all styles from rock, pop, jazz, country, blues and classical. We combine the important fundamentals with the music YOU want to play. With plenty of teachers at the Harrison School of Music you are sure to find the best match for YOU.
ARE YOUR INSTRUCTORS QUALIFIED?
Our instructors are highly qualified, all have teaching experience, and most importantly, they have a passion for teaching. Being a musician doesn’t automatically make you a teacher–that’s why we search for those who are best qualified for mentoring our music students!
Our teachers have received their education from prestigious institutions such as New York University, Indiana University, Berklee College of Music, University of North Texas, Manhattan School of Music, University of Miami, Juilliard, SUNY Purchase and more! Many of our instructors have gone on performance tours of the US and Europe. In addition to their teaching credentials, our teachers have warm personalities, are extremely friendly and strive to get to know each student and their parents on a personal level.
